A reputable private cardiology practice in Utica, NY, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join their team. They are dedicated to providing exceptional cardiovascular care and seek a professional who shares commitment to patient-focused treatment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a single office setting without the demands of satellite locations, hospital rounds, weekends, or holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cardiovascular assessments, including patient histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions in collaboration with cardiologists.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle modifications.
• Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Be available for phone on-call consultations for practice patients only.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Nurse Practitioner.
