Position Purpose:

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing data analytics and insights to drive operational and strategic decision making. In addition, will play a lead role in the design and integration of people system implementation at Lindt USA. We are seeking a subject matter expert who can ensure our HR systems provide exceptional user experience. This individual must have the tools to garner the analytical insights needed to develop our company culture, talent and leaders for continued future growth.

This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.

Essential Job Functions Responsibilities:

People Insights Analytics

  • Capture and report people metrics, including developing and distributing reports, create dashboards to monitor progress against our People-focused strategic initiatives and core talent processes.
  • Responsible for providing accurate, timely reporting to support local and global sustainability initiatives, state and federal regulatory reporting and headcount/FTE management.
  • Ensures data integrity and accuracy of highly sensitive employee data through ongoing reconciliation and auditing.

Systems Implementation, Maintenance and Reporting

  • Serve as the systems and process expert for implementations; lead projects around upgrades and configuration changes to align with business needs.
  • Provides technical set up and support of HR systems, including security, maintenance, administration, configuration with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
  • Key partner for supporting all talent management processes reporting (performance appraisals, succession planning, learning development and compensation management) including system configuration, process oversight and dashboard development.
  • Leverage technology to automate business processes, workflows and data feeds to create synchronous exchange and timely updates of employee data.

Qualifications Requirements:

Skills Knowledge:

  • WorkDay experience required, new system implementation experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and applications such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, AI applications highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, security, data integrity, system configuration, and design
  • Expertise in HRIS People analytics, data management, and Excel paired with a focus on leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
