This person serves as the champion for the customer within Honeywell, driving to identify customer needs and match Honeywell solutions leading to year-over-year revenue and profitability growth. Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers growing Honeywell Intelligrated business. You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate solutions. You will define sales strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilizing product knowledge and delivering the value proposition to the customers. Key Position Responsibilities Exceed vertical financial results, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. Forecast short-range-outlook and demand planning. Contribute to a culture of ownership and accountability. Manage a team of Account Managers in achievement of regional SMB quota. Coach on targeted product value propositions. Deliver results to VP/GM and in coordination with their global strategy. Coaching on assigned individual new equipment and LSS sales quotas. Deliver on account plans to achieve year-over-year growth. Expand BTI pipeline (Software, Robotics, and Storage). Establish trusted advisor partnerships with key accounts. Customer-specific experience with bidding/executing business is essential to success in this role Proven ability to understand and influence team dynamics. Experienced in New Business Development and generating new ideas and solutions that provide increased margins for the business. Must be an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Must be detail-oriented and can also think strategically/communicate strategic implications Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization. Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment. Previous experience and demonstrated track record in account management, product marketing or management consulting roles. E-Commerce, Retail, General merchandise, supply chain preferred. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 7 years of proven sales leadership/management experience Warehouse Automation experience Experience in a Sales/Account Management related field Excellent communication skills Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
