Job Description

Methodical seeks a Full-Cycle Recruiter to support business operations, strategic resourcing, and recruitment of qualified candidates and professional resources while assisting with Proposal and Business Support efforts on behalf of the firm for clients, including Private and Public Companies, State and Local Agencies.

Our ideal candidate is a dedicated, detail-oriented, self-motivated, trustworthy, resourceful, and creative individual with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and strategic resourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding employee and contract resources, negotiating and scheduling great employees and contractors.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified candidates and strategic resources for Methodical clients
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule high profile targeting, including but not limited to recruitment and placement of professionals with experience.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. and screen candidate resumes, "glass slipper" questions, and job applications
  • Communicating with clients and partners on calls and participating in processes for determining bill/cost rates, resource availability, and technical reviews.
  • Arranging and conducting interviews (telephone, video, or in-person) and assessing applicant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
  • Facilitate orientations for employees and contractors and assist in on-boarding to become fully integrated and ensure a successful engagement.
  • Provide proposal and business support while working to develop new business while implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies while interacting with clients to establish customer loyalty, referral, and repeat business
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives and identify appropriate candidates based on their qualifications by reviewing their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and maintaining applicant flow while keeping them apprised of the status of their applications – follow up and close the loop.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future client requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained
  • Proficiency in using Boolean searches and other advanced souring methods
  • Working with HR in performing background and reference checks, vetting potential employees and contractors' credentials, and coordinating a wide variety of projects simultaneously
  • Place qualified candidates in the matched skill-related job field timely and efficiently and performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring, negotiating, and scheduling manager.

Experience and Education:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business/related field or equivalent experience in related technical and human resources.
  • Have at least four (4) years of proven experience in recruiting top technical talent, with a keen focus on diversity & retention
  • Have at least one (1) years of proven experience successfully sourcing and strategic resourcing CLEARED technical talent, ranging from Public Trust to TS/SCI clearances
  • Have demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative Sourcing and Strategic Resourcing strategies
  • Previous experience recruiting and attracting onshore, nearshore and offshore technical talent
  • Familiarity with HR databases and CRM Systems (Salesforce) and thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Creative, resourceful, independent, and self-motivated, working with a strong sense of urgency
  • Experience successfully supporting remote customers
  • Able to work remotely, in an area free from distractions, with reliable phone service & high-speed internet, a laptop/desktop computer, and a headset.
  • Have a strong aptitude for removing barriers and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
  • Be exceptional at prioritizing and focusing on delivering value
  • Be goal-oriented and act with a sense of urgency, with a strong willingness to deliver results.
  • Possess exceptional networking, relationship building, and sourcing skills.
